Exit Strategy Realty purchased its EXIT Realty franchise in January of 2006 and opened its Barstow office the following April.  Under the leadership of its Broker, Curtis O’Brien, Exit Strategy Realty has grown to be an intricate part of Barstow’s Real Estate market.  Through the dedicated efforts of the Exit Strategy Team of agents, we are now Barstow’s #1 listing office. EXIT Realty And Habitat For Humanity Help Dreams Come True

Columbia, SC - Once again, the team at EXIT Realty and the community at large gathered to hand over keys to another deserving family. 

Debora Lewis, who uses a wheelchair, and her son Ben, who suffers from mental disabilites, received the keys to their new Habitat for Humanity (HfH) home during a dedication ceremony for EXIT's latest corporately sponsored build held at the home site in Columbia, SC on Saturday, July 24th. 

"EXIT Realty is proud and humbled by the experience of building homes with Habitat for Humanity. Something very extraordinary happens during the months of a home build as volunteers come together to make the dream of home ownership a reality for well deserving families across the continent," said Christine Ireborg, EXIT Realty Corp. International's liaison with Habitat for Humanity.  "Home builds don’t just change the future and lives of the recipient families but also everyone involved. Volunteers leave touched by the expression of love that they have witnessed, knowing that something extremely remarkable has just taken place. And, as the celebration crescendos during the dedication ceremony there is hardly a dry eye in the audience at the passing of the key."

New homeowner, Debora Lewis, commented, "I appreciate everyone who has helped. I am so thrilled and grateful. Thank you, EXIT Realty! There are so many things that are going to make a huge difference; the ramp which gives me easy access to my new house, a safe neighborhood, affordable energy bills and I won’t have to move again. The list goes on.  It’s unbelievable!"
